How T’ai Chi Makes You Stronger

TIME Magazine reports that the Journal of American Geriatrics Society has reviewed 10 randomized, controlled studies and concluded that practicing t’ai chi one to three times a week reduced the rate of falls in the elderly by 43% within the first year of learning the practice.
